These terms apply to your use of www.miamihomewatch.com (the "site"), operated by Miami Home Watch Co. ("Miami Home Watch Co.", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
Our services
The site describes our home watch services. The services themselves are governed by the written service agreement you sign with us, not by this site. If anything on the site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
Home watch is a visual inspection service. We are not a repair, maintenance, cleaning, leasing, rent-collection or property management company, and we don't provide legal, insurance, engineering or other professional advice. When something needs fixing, we coordinate licensed professionals with your approval.
Prices and quotes
Prices on the site are in US dollars and may change. A quote or price shown on the site is not a binding offer until we've both signed a service agreement. Third-party costs (vendors, supplies, groceries) are billed separately at cost.
Limited-time offer terms
When shown on the site, our limited-time offer gives 50% off the first month of the Home Watch Plan to new clients, on these terms:
- You must sign a service agreement by December 31, 2026 (or by the end date shown on the site at the time).
- One offer per client and per property. New clients only.
- The discount applies to the monthly plan fee for your first month only. Add-ons and third-party costs are not discounted.
- The offer has no cash value, can't be combined with other offers, and isn't conditioned on leaving a review.
- We may end the offer early by removing it from the site; agreements already signed keep the discount.
Information on the site
Our guides, checklists, FAQ and sample report are general information to help you care for your home. They aren't legal, insurance or professional advice, and every home, building and insurance policy is different. Check with your insurer, your condo association and licensed professionals before acting on them. The sample report is an illustration: it doesn't describe a real client or property, and its photos are stock photos.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: for example, by sending spam or false information through our forms, trying to break or overload the site, or copying it for commercial use.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design and logo belong to Miami Home Watch Co.. Photographs are used under the Unsplash License and belong to their photographers (photo credits). Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Links to other sites
Links to third-party sites are for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it's error-free, complete or always online.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Miami Home Watch Co. isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its general information. This doesn't limit anything in a signed service agreement, or any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
