We walk through your home together
About 30 minutes. We note the water shutoff, AC, breaker panel and anything unusual, answer your questions, and you meet the people who'll be visiting.

Sign, set up billing, hand off keys
A one-page agreement, monthly billing by card or bank transfer, and your keys go into our locked, logged key box with a coded tag.

Weekly visits begin
A full-checklist visit every week and a photo report after every one. With our limited-time offer, your first month is 50% off.
