About
Neighbors who look after your home.
Miami Home Watch Co. was founded in Miami by Austin for a simple reason: a lot of people here own a condo or house they leave empty for months at a time, right through the hottest, most humid, stormiest part of the year. Most of them just hope everything's fine when they get back.
We want to be the people you'd trust with your place. We show up when we say we will, check everything properly, and tell you exactly what we found, with photos. We look after every home like it belongs to our own family.
How we work
Show, don't tell
Every visit ends with a timestamped photo report. You don't have to take our word for it.
Eyes, not a toolbox
We don't do repairs. We find problems early and bring in licensed, insured pros, with your OK.
Straight answers
If something's wrong, you hear it from us first, plainly, with what we've done and what we suggest.
Just getting started
Miami Home Watch Co. is a new business. You won't find made-up reviews or inflated numbers here. What we can promise is attention, consistency, and a report after every visit. Before you sign anything, ask us anything: we'll show you our business paperwork and what's in place.
